Wave Crypto Giveaway – Official Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Wave Crypto Giveaway (“Giveaway”), operated by Wave Financial LLC (“Wave,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By entering, participating, or attempting to participate in the Giveaway, each participant (“Participant,” “you,” or “your”) agrees to be bound by these Terms, all applicable laws, and any additional rules or instructions communicated by Wave.

The Giveaway is intended to promote legitimate trading activity through Wave’s OTC trading services. The Giveaway is void where prohibited and subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

2. Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirement
Participants must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater.

2.2 Residency
The Giveaway is open to residents of jurisdictions where such promotions are legally permitted. Wave Financial LLC reserves the right to restrict participation from jurisdictions with prohibitions or regulatory limitations.

2.3 KYC / AML Compliance
Participants must successfully complete all required Know Your Customer (“KYC”) and Anti‑Money Laundering (“AML”) procedures as determined by Wave Financial LLC. Failure to complete or pass KYC/AML checks will result in disqualification.

2.4 Eligible Accounts
Only verified Wave OTC trading accounts are eligible. Accounts must be in good standing, not flagged for suspicious activity, and not subject to any compliance review or restriction.

2.5 Exclusions
The following individuals are not eligible:

• Employees, contractors, or affiliates of Wave Financial LLC

• Immediate family members of Wave Financial LLC employees

• Individuals residing in jurisdictions where crypto giveaways are restricted

• Individuals using VPNs or false information to bypass geographic restrictions

• Wave Financial LLC reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who violates these Terms.

3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on August 18th and ends once the target volume requirement is met (“Giveaway Period”). All qualifying trading volume must occur within this timeframe. Wave’s system timestamps are final and binding.

4. How to Enter

4.1 Automatic Entry Based on Trading Volume
Participants earn entries automatically based on OTC trading volume:

• Every $10,000 USD in completed OTC trading volume = 1 entry

Entries are calculated based on completed, settled trades only. Pending, canceled, or reversed trades do not count.

4.2 Entry Calculation Rules

• Volume is calculated per account.

• Volume cannot be combined across multiple accounts.

• Wash trading, self‑trading, or artificial volume generation is strictly prohibited.

• Wave Financial LLC may adjust or remove entries if suspicious activity is detected.

5. Prize Details

5.1 Prize Structure
The Giveaway will award 1 BTC total, 10 winners receiving 0.1 BTC each.

Wave Financial LLC reserves the right to modify prize amounts if required by law or operational constraints.

5.2 Prize Value
The value of Bitcoin (“BTC”) fluctuates. Wave Financial LLC is not responsible for market changes before, during, or after prize distribution.​

5.3 Taxes
Participants are solely responsible for any taxes, fees, or reporting obligations associated with receiving BTC. Wave does not provide tax advice.​

6. Winner Selection

6.1 Random Drawing
Winners will be selected via a random drawing from all eligible entries after the Giveaway Period ends. The drawing will be conducted by Wave Financial LLC or a third‑party service provider.

6.2 Odds of Winning
Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

 

6.3 Verification
All potential winners must complete identity verification and comply with KYC/AML requirements before receiving prizes. Failure to comply results in forfeiture.

6.4 Disqualification
Wave Financial LLC may disqualify winners for:

• Fraudulent activity

• Multiple account manipulation

• Providing false information

• Violating any Terms

• Refusing to complete verification

​Wave’s decisions are final.

7. Winner Notification
 

Winners will be notified within 7 business days via:

• Email

• SMS (if applicable)

• Wave account dashboard notification

If a winner does not respond within 14 days, Wave may select an alternate winner.

8. Prize Delivery
 

8.1 Delivery Method
Prizes will be delivered in BTC to the winner’s provided wallet address. Wave Financial LLC may require:

• A signed wallet ownership attestation

• A video verification

• Additional compliance checks

 

8.2 Network Fees
Participants are responsible for any blockchain network fees associated with receiving BTC.

 

8.3 Delivery Timeline
Prizes will be delivered within 30 days after winner verification is complete.

9. Fraud, Abuse, and Prohibited Conduct

Wave Financial LLC reserves the right to investigate and disqualify Participants engaging in:

• Wash trading

• Self‑trading

• Artificial volume generation

• Use of bots or automation

• Multiple accounts

• Identity fraud

• Chargebacks or payment disputes

• Any attempt to manipulate the Giveaway

Wave may suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited conduct.

10. Privacy

Wave Financial LLC collects and processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Participation in the Giveaway constitutes consent to:

• Use of your name, trading activity, and account information for eligibility verification

• Use of anonymized or aggregated data for promotional or analytical purposes

Wave will not sell or share personal data except as required by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

Wave Financial LLC is not responsible for:

• Technical failures

• Network outages

• System errors

• Delayed or lost entries

• Blockchain congestion

• Market volatility

• Unauthorized account access

• Force majeure events

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wave’s liability is limited to the value of the prize awarded.

12. Disputes

Any disputes arising from the Giveaway will be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in [Your State], under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Participants waive the right to participate in class actions.

13. Modification or Termination

Wave Financial LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway at any time for any reason, including:
